I recently moved to a new home with a well and septic system. I have no previous experience with onsite water and sewage and Bretta and the team at Tri-County were able to answer all of my questions. They were the only local company that was able to do the inspection and water flow test on short notice. I also chose them as they are listed as one of Frederick County Government Permitted Haulers making me eligible for the $75 Septic System Pump-Out Rebate. They contacted me the morning of the dispatch and provided me with a detailed report on my existing well and septic system. I was very pleased with the level of service and professionalism I received from Tri-County pumps and will be using them for future servicing of my well and septic system.
