Sam Mechanical installed our new water heater. They were reasonably priced, professional and answered all questions we had. A team of three came to install our unit including the master plumber who coordinated and oversaw the work. They followed through during the install on all the items we discussed prior to the install (ie adding a water filter, and a second vent to the outside) without any reminders from us. I had a great experience with Sam Mechanical. My place of business desperately needed the AC replaced and Steve also recommended a dehumidifier and a smart thermostat. It can get hot and humid inside, with no windows to open and now it’s spectacular- nice and cool! The crew was great, they were on time and did a great job, the office staff is very responsive and helpful as well. Steve even set up the app on my phone for the thermostat!
