We used A Grand Event for our wedding and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. Casey was amazing to work with — incredibly helpful, patient, and flexible throughout the whole process. She guided us in choosing the perfect tent, linens, and chairs, and when we realized the tables we originally picked were a bit too small, she made the exchange process easy and stress-free. Everything was delivered and set up professionally and on time, and the quality of the rentals was excellent. The tent looked beautiful and really completed our wedding setup. Pricing was fair for the quality and service, though a little on the higher side — but absolutely worth it for the peace of mind and professionalism. We highly recommend A Grand Event and especially Casey for anyone planning a wedding or special event!

As the planner for this event (Hummingbird Planning Consulting Event Design, LLC), Matthew made it SO easy to not only book the chairs but gave me great confidence everything would be handled on time and efficiently. His team delivered, set up the chairs to our specs, and was there right on time at the end of the party to get them. l couldn't recommend them more for rentals and can't wait to use them again!

This company is fantastic! I had a DIY backyard wedding, and they constructed my vision perfectly! Casey helped me organize, and I appreciate her patience as I went back and forth on many details! We worked with A Grand Event Tent and Event Rentals for our daughter's carnival-themed wedding. They were absolutely wonderful from start to finish! The team (especially Casey) were professional, prompt and incredibly helpful in guiding us through sizing, layout and weather back-up options. The tent itself was beautiful, sturdy and perfectly suited for our event. It created a magical atmosphere for our guests while keeping everyone comfortable. Delivery, set-up and teardown were seamless and their staff was courteous and efficient. Planning a wedding can feel overwhelming, but their team made this part of it stress free. This is the second year that we have used A Grand Event for our large outdoor event in DC. They had our records and pictures from last year and worked closely with us to determine what our needs were this year. The final cost was reasonable for the tents, stage, tables, chairs, etc. The customer service while negotiating the contract and on the day-of event was great, with frequent and responsive communications. They arrived early for set up, had everything done a couple of hours before event start, and stayed late to finish the tear down at the end of the day. The equipment quality was fine. They erected the tent efficiently checking and rechecking to be sure all was as it should be. When an unexpected problem occurred, their serviceman came out on Thanksgiving Day to handle it. Our Thanksgiving celebration for 40-50 people was made more enjoyable having plenty of room to circulate and socialize in your warm brightly lit roomy tent.

The guys are pros. The travelled to Warrenton for our wedding and set everything up a few days before the ceremony.
