We had a great overall experience with the tent company, and the tent looked absolutely beautiful for our wedding. The setup came together well and helped create the exact atmosphere we envisioned for the reception. My only concern was that the potential for a clear tent to become very hot in warm weather was not brought to our attention until just a couple of days before setup. I really wish that had been explained more clearly earlier in the planning process so we could have already had a backup plan in place and avoided some last-minute stress. Overall, though, we were very happy with how everything looked and appreciated their work in bringing our vision together.

Working with Grand Tent was completely seamless. They arrived on time, communicated clearly, and had such an established relationship with our venue that once everything was booked, we didn't have to worry about setup or breakdown. A Grand Event was OUTSTANDING. I needed them on short notice for Safety Week on a large construction project. They were the most reasonable of 3 quotes. They were professional, on time and set up a great product. The tent, chairs, and tables were in great condition. I look forward to using them again every year. I rented a 30x50 tent for my wedding, and despite the snowfall that day, my guests stayed warm thanks to the heaters provided by A Grand Event. We had a fantastic experience with the high-quality party tent. I will definitely choose them again for my next event. I also want to mention the amazing flooring they installed, which absorbed dirt and protected the grass in my backyard.

Ali Kuchman and her team designed, organized and delivered a fantastic tent/light system for my sister's graduation party this past Summer. It truly was a grand event. We had a quick turnaround event for our clients and needed to secure a tent, flooring and have options for heat and cooling. Casey stepped in and gave us what felt like a one stop shop. Team arrived for a site visit to make sure plans were good to go and then the day of the event they set up with ease and with much direction. Great crew who arrived on time for set up and strike. She guided us in choosing the perfect tent, linens, and chairs, and when we realized the tables we originally picked were a bit too small, she made the exchange process easy and stress-free. Everything was delivered and set up professionally and on time, and the quality of the rentals was excellent. The tent looked beautiful and really completed our wedding setup. Pricing was fair for the quality and service, though a little on the higher side — but absolutely worth it for the peace of mind and professionalism. We worked with A Grand Event Tent and Event Rentals for our daughter's carnival-themed wedding. They were absolutely wonderful from start to finish! This is the second year that we have used A Grand Event for our large outdoor event in DC. They had our records and pictures from last year and worked closely with us to determine what our needs were this year. The final cost was reasonable for the tents, stage, tables, chairs, etc. The customer service while negotiating the contract and on the day-of event was great, with frequent and responsive communications. They arrived early for set up, had everything done a couple of hours before event start, and stayed late to finish the tear down at the end of the day. The equipment quality was fine.
