I leave reviews pretty often because if a business is awesome, people should know about it — and Prost Mortgage Group absolutely crushed it. I went into the mortgage process expecting stress, confusion, mild panic, possible tears, and at least one moment where I stare blankly at a PDF wondering if I accidentally signed over my firstborn child. Instead, Prost Mortgage Group somehow made everything smooth, organized, and shockingly painless. These people communicate better than most married couples. Every question got answered quickly, every step was explained clearly, and they made the entire process feel less like a financial hostage negotiation and more like having a really smart friend helping you through it. And I swear… I’d send an email and get a response back so fast it felt like they were standing outside my house waiting for me to hit “send.” Professional, honest, patient, and genuinely great to work with. If you need a mortgage company that knows what they’re doing AND treats you like an actual person, Prost Mortgage Group is the real deal. 10/10. Would trust them again with my financial future before I’d trust half my family to watch my dog.

Kristen was AMAZING!!! This was our first time buying a home and we were feeling extremely overwhelmed. Kristen helped to simplify things for us and made sure we understood where we were at in the home buying process, what was needed of us, and was always available to answer questions we had. We had an exceptional experience with Prost. Their staff was kind, communicative and followed up with us. If we called with questions they answered the phone or returned or calls promptly. While kindness and customer service may seem like a given, it had not been our experience with other companies. We would highly recommend using Prost for your mortgage or refinance needs.
