We had an exceptional experience with Prost. Their staff was kind, communicative and followed up with us. If we called with questions they answered the phone or returned or calls promptly. Wow! What can I say! This group of people are FLAWLESS! My loan officer Ken is a literal GENIUS! He is very knowledgeable in his line of work! His customer service skills are phenomenal! He’s provided me daily updates keeping me a peace of mind while I dealt with past lenders who wasn’t necessarily working as hard as Ken did. I am super stoked I’ve came across this lender!
