My air conditioner went out in the middle of July on one of the hottest days of the year. I called around and Air Express was able to come out the very next day at a price that beat everyone else by a huge margin. They showed up right on time, worked efficiently, and had everything fixed the same day. What really stands out is how reliable they’ve been for us. The staff gives out family member vibes and my family appreciates all the times they’ve fixed my AC over the years — whether it’s a quick repair or a bigger issue, they’ve always come through when we needed them most. Their technicians are professional, friendly, and clearly know what they’re doing. I’ve recommended Air Express to friends and family, and they’ve all had the same great experience. Air express. Is every helpful they go out of there way to help. And always there whenever I need them. They show up and help and fix issues. I would recommend for everyone to call them for an electric fix or anything with ac/heat units. Would definitely recommend them, Air Express are very friendly. Have an amazing customer service.

Though there was some initial miscommunication between their office and the technician about arrival times, the technician diagnosis of the problem went quickly. He said he would be back the next day to fix it, but failed to call to say he was sick the next day. Once I called to ask for when he was to come, we arranged for the following day. When he came he got right to work and cleaned and fixed our fireplace with an added remote.
