We replaced our guest bath flooring recently. This is the 2nd time we have used Carpets Direct in Walton, KY. They removed the old flooring and installed the new flooring and all the trim. The only issue was they had issue replacing the toilet which had a repair ring on the original drain. I had to finish re-installing the toilet myself. i guess the installer didn't realize that the install should go back on the repair ring as it was the first time they installed the same toilet in the same bathroom with original flooring. Floor looks great as of all my carpet and floor in my laundry room which they installed when we moved in.
