Prices of yearly maintenance should have been discussed before maintenance technician showed up. Not entirely happy in regards. What I was told about pricing was completely different of what I was charged. It's too much

Tim, I believe who came out for the first assessment was amazing and so easy to talk with and understood all our needs for listing our parent's house. Tim listened and provided a comprehensive to do list for the plumbing system. Todd, who came out yesterday, was equally amazing! Called many times to address all the issues and address new ones I was not aware and resolve all the new problems that I shared with him brought up by our realtors. Todd entered the property through a lock box. My brother showed up and asked Todd for the keys. Todd callled me with a very specific description of my brother and his car make and model to make sure he was actually giving the keys to the property to the right person. This level of conscientiousness and service is above and beyond! So grateful that we are working with Tri County Pump Service for our plumbing needs and that you all are helping us to put our folks house on the market in the best shape.

I cannot say enough about how pleased and impressed I am by the two young men who showed up to rescue me from a bad well pump! Zach and Blake knew just what to do and where to look.. very methodical. In less than a couple of hours, I had wires replaced and a new pump.. and water in the house! And they cleaned up afterwards.. kudos!

#1 - Over the years, any time I have needed to call them for service, Tri-county has always promptly responded to our water related issues. Called them last week when we had no running water. In an attempt to save us a service call, they instructed us to reset the power to the well pump. The reset didn't fix the problem, but their willingness to possibly save us the cost of a visit didn't go unnoticed. Thanks for trying. Within a few hours, a 2 man team showed up to assess and diagnose the problem. They identified the issue, answered all my questions (I had a lot of questions) and explained the options i had to fix it. Paying for a new well pump, 300 ft of wire and miscellaneous fittings was not the outcome I was hoping for. That said, I had options, and they were cleanly explained. Thanks again for taking care of our family.

Tri-County fixed a long term water pressure issue. I was never happy with my water pressure throughout the house and had it looked at by other companies. Nobody had been able to figure it out until Tri-County. After multiple years of living in my house I am finally happy with my water pressure! I am super thankful to Todd, Bailey and the others who came out and figured out where the issue was and glad I found a local plumber for those times I need one.

The technicians were friendly upon arrival. They had everything needed ready to go. They began work immediately and everything was completed within the normal time. Tri-County Pump Service was impressive. They came out at a convenient time for me--taking my schedule into consideration--a rare example of great customer service these days. The plumber (Kenny) and assistant (Blake) quickly assessed the problem with my well pump. They had the whole thing up, out of the ground, and fixed in just a couple of hours. I heartily recommend them!

Just had a Constant Pressure System installed to replace a 86 gallon older Welltrol, single stage pump that failed. Tri-State was great! From getting a quote, scheduling and timely install. Efficient work, tidy and very thorough. Blake explained everything and was great to deal with. Will definitely use these guys again if necessary!

I had a great experience with Tri County Pumps from the first call to the end solution. We had our water pump die on us a Sunday early evening. It was an event, but after calling and getting quotes from several companies, we chose Tri County. Madison and Ashley were extremely pleasant to speak with and understood what I needed. The team they dispatched, Blake and Kenny, were great! Efficient and no nonsense. They didn’t try to upsell me on anything. They told me the problem, offered the solutions and let me choose. Tri-County has been our go-to company for well issues for the past 20 years.. We had a failure with our well pump early Saturday morning. I called them, left a message, and had a call back very quickly. I was told that I could have a crew to my place before two that afternoon. They arrived shortly after noon and began to methodically check the system. Pulled the pump and found a cut wire. They repaired it and we had water again. Hopefully it will be a few more years before I need their services, but will continue to use them.
