I had a great experience with Tri County Pumps from the first call to the end solution. We had our water pump die on us a Sunday early evening. It was an event, but after calling and getting quotes from several companies, we chose Tri County. Madison and Ashley were extremely pleasant to speak with and understood what I needed. The team they dispatched, Blake and Kenny, were great! Efficient and no nonsense. They didn’t try to upsell me on anything. They told me the problem, offered the solutions and let me choose. Tri-County has been our go-to company for well issues for the past 20 years.. We had a failure with our well pump early Saturday morning. I called them, left a message, and had a call back very quickly. I was told that I could have a crew to my place before two that afternoon. They arrived shortly after noon and began to methodically check the system. Pulled the pump and found a cut wire. They repaired it and we had water again. Hopefully it will be a few more years before I need their services, but will continue to use them.

On a Saturday my well pump died and I called Tri-County Pumps. When they arrived a storm hit, but they keep working until the lightening started. I thought they would leave, but they stayed and finished the job. They were wonderful. Very polite and friendly and hard working. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I hired them to install a hot water heater over the phone. It was urgent because my DIL had gone without hot water for a month and my son, trying to fix an old heater , didn't work so well. They went that very day to inspect, gave me a price over phone, I asked how fast they could have a 50 gallon installed. They emailed me back saying NEXT MORNING. My DIL cried , so grateful, and she's actually fighting cancer and really needs her hot water and hot baths. I'm so grateful they made this happen asap for my son and his significant other.
