I would highly recommend Tri County!! From the moment I first called, to the end of our service they were punctual, informative, professional and did it all with great customer service. We recently purchased a home and with all the work we've been trying to get done Tri-county made the well and septic work a breeze. The young ladies in the office were always so kind when taking my calls, Bretta was great, explained the scope of work needed and went out of her way to help us get an estimate and work done very quickly. We had Jim and his son out to do the work and they were excellent! Kept me informed of the condition of everything and answered any and all questions I had along the way. Jim informed me they do more than just well and septic so we will certainly be calling them again for our future needs!!

I recently moved to a new home with a well and septic system. I have no previous experience with onsite water and sewage and Bretta and the team at Tri-County were able to answer all of my questions. They were the only local company that was able to do the inspection and water flow test on short notice. I also chose them as they are listed as one of Frederick County Government Permitted Haulers making me eligible for the $75 Septic System Pump-Out Rebate.
