On a Saturday my well pump died and I called Tri-County Pumps. When they arrived a storm hit, but they keep working until the lightening started. I thought they would leave, but they stayed and finished the job. They were wonderful. Very polite and friendly and hard working. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I hired them to install a hot water heater over the phone. It was urgent because my DIL had gone without hot water for a month and my son, trying to fix an old heater , didn't work so well. They went that very day to inspect, gave me a price over phone, I asked how fast they could have a 50 gallon installed. They emailed me back saying NEXT MORNING. My DIL cried , so grateful, and she's actually fighting cancer and really needs her hot water and hot baths. I'm so grateful they made this happen asap for my son and his significant other. I cannot say enough good things about Tri-County Pump Service. After a different big corporate company tried to quote me an outrageous $8,000 for a whole new well pump based on a total guess, I called Tri-County for a second opinion. Blake and Kenny came out and did an absolutely outstanding job. They didn't guess—they actually did the real diagnostic work, lifted up and looked into the well, and found the real root of the problem. It turned out to be just a surface-level safety box issue. Last weekend our water stopped working, and we contacted Tri‑County Pumps for help. They scheduled us for Monday, and first thing that morning they called to confirm and made us a priority since we had no water. By before 8:30 AM, two technicians — Austin and Raymond — arrived. They introduced themselves professionally, immediately began diagnostics, and quickly identified the issue with clear explanations and straightforward repair options. Once we approved the estimate, they got right to work replacing our well pump. It was extremely hot, and our property sits on a very steep hill, but neither technician was fazed. They worked efficiently, respectfully, and with great attitudes the entire time. When finished, they walked us through everything they had done and even took the time to educate us about our system. Tri-county pump.. let me start by saying, your customer service is excellent. You have provided exceptional service at my house, Gene and Ryan were very caring about getting the job done right. My water heater was installed perfectly and is working so far very well. Gene took extra time to make sure that everything is running well before they leave. Our hot water tank rusted out with a hole and leaked in our basement. 3 am in the morning. Called at 658am and they had a new tank installed by 1230. Workers were great and as usual they were wonderful quick to respond and fix our issue. Highly recommend!!!

Tri-County did a great job replacing our neutralizer. They saw an issue with our old neutralizer as soon as they saw it. Had 2 other companies come out to take a look and they couldn't figure out why our neutralizer wasn't working. Tri county offered 2 options, one fixing it and one replacing it. We decided to replace it due to the age but getting these 2 options offered was nice. Other 2 only offered replacement option. Tri-County definitely has knowledgeable techs and they are very reasonable in their pricing. Being honest in this industry definitely wins.

I had a routine annual service for my water softener. The service was outstanding. They reminded me the day before and they gave me a window of when to expect the technician that was reasonable within a couple of hours and not half the day like other companies. The service only took 15-20 mins and he took the time to explain and answer any questions I had.
