Excellent customer service! Getting ready to leave for a family reunion trip. Well pump and pressure tank failure. Blake and Kenney were dispatched, they arrived, diagnosed the problem and fixed in record time. Everything is working great now. This really was an emergency and TRI-County Pumps saved us from having to postpone an expensive trip that was planned for, a year ahead!! I recommend TRI-County 100%!

Tri-County pumps has been our go to well and surface pump Service company over many years of living in Washington county, MD. A few years ago They installed a complete home water filtration system for us. Most recently we awoke to no water due to a bad (23-year old!!) well electrical controller. Tri-County got a team out there on the same day to fix the problem. I highly recommend Tri-County pumps!

We have been using Tri-County for a couple of years now. They installed new water pumps/ tanks, hot water heater, water softener and a few other items. We now have great water pressure and very hot water! Always excellent service from start to finish. Todd has been to our house multiple times to help with our other plumbing issues. Due to hard water issues, Needed a new faucet, disposal and dishwasher as well as a water softener. Project estimator offered to come to my house at 6 am meaning I could still get to work on time. I was able to get the work scheduled quickly. Plumber and helpers were quick, knowledgeable and friendly. No one wants to need work at their house, but I am super pleased with how everything turned out. I would definitely recommend Tri County and would use them again

Experienced low water pressure over the weekend, the Tri-County pump operator called me at 6:30 Monday morning. I told her I had enough water to not be considered an emergency but would like to schedule someone to look at the well system. The technician was here by 9 and did a full assessment. It was the well pump (25 years old) so I partially expected it. The tech walked through the whole process and the estimate. Kept me updated on status and had full water pressure by early afternoon. Very professional team, respectful of the house interior and got the problem resolved . Highly recommend Tri-County Pump

Prompt, responded quickly for request for estimate. Estimate was fair and easy to understand. Once we confirmed acceptance, an appointment was set. They called a half an hour before. I called Tri-County Pump Service due to very good online reviews. I'm adding mine to their record! Brennan and Keion are prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They called ahead to let us know when to expect them; arrived on time, quickly found the problem (a leaking water supply line to the fridge), and made suggestions to repair or replace. They have a reasonable hourly rate, and they do not waste time. They made a temporary repair, and gave us an estimate for a permanent replacement, which was fair and reasonable. So we called them back for the permanent fix. The actual replacement job came in under the estimated cost! (As I said before, they are time, cost, and I would add, customer conscious). They are based in MD, but I would highly recommend Tri-County Pump Services to anyone in the Eastern Panhandle with plumbing problems!

I would highly recommend Tri County!! From the moment I first called, to the end of our service they were punctual, informative, professional and did it all with great customer service. We recently purchased a home and with all the work we've been trying to get done Tri-county made the well and septic work a breeze. The young ladies in the office were always so kind when taking my calls, Bretta was great, explained the scope of work needed and went out of her way to help us get an estimate and work done very quickly. We had Jim and his son out to do the work and they were excellent! Kept me informed of the condition of everything and answered any and all questions I had along the way. Jim informed me they do more than just well and septic so we will certainly be calling them again for our future needs!!

Tri-County Plumbing has been my go-to for several recent projects: Aaron and Sean expertly installed my water softener, Blake and Kenny replaced my well cap just a few days ago, and yesterday they swapped out my old pressure tank. We weren’t sure if the water treatment equipment in our new house had ever been serviced. Tri-County pumps quoted us a worst case scenario but found that we only needed the yearly service once they got here. I was very impressed that they only did the service we needed instead of the more expensive one that we’d already authorized.
