Hired these guys to replace a 33-year-old water treatment system on a property with well and septic. We had several companies out and also liked Negley's, but Tri-County's quote solved ALL of our problems (zero filter changes by the homeowner), whereas Negley's didn't. It was more expensive, but we're glad we went with them. Their sales guy was polite, authentic, accessible, responsive, and explained things clearly and simply. The guy who came out to install the system (ag filter, iron filter, water softener, and UV light, plus an upgrade to one pipe in the installation area) was AMAZING. I've never met a tech who's so good at explaining things to someone who doesn't understand the first thing about his area of expertise. And he was PATIENT with us. I'd love to have that guy back anytime!

We have children - some of whom are immunocompromised, and found out our well water had harmful substances in it. Though a scary situation, we are beyond impressed with the level of care Tri-County extended our family. The manager, the plumber, the office staff - everyone went above and beyond. We now have a UV filter, clean water, and are customers for life! Thank you!

I am a big fan of Tri-County Pump Service My well pump stopped operating. I called to schedule Service at 8:15 and the technicians arrived before noon. They quickly determined the cause of the, they had the parts on the truck and in an hour my well was back on line Thank You Tri-County Pump Service!

Tri-County pump service was great. From my first panicked call to Bretta who assured me someone could and would be out that same day to replace my well pump to her having the crew call me with an estimate. They were professional, did the job efficiently, explained what I needed and then worked to replaced my pump. My well was operational in only a few hours and instructions were throughly explained. I don’t want to have to replace my well pump anytime soon but I know who to call and who to recommend. Tri-county pump service was a life saver.

Tri-County Pump came out for plumbing service to replace the garbage disposal. The technician looked at the garbage disposal and took the extra steps to break through the jam (after a previous tech from another company recommended replacement). They have won my business for life for doing the right job!!! Thank you!

I experienced an emergency and was pleasantly surprised by how friendly, responsive and informative Tri-County pumps were. They walked me through troubleshooting on the phone, When I was unsuccessful technicians arrived very quickly. They solved my issue, informed me about my system and I believe genuinely wanted me to feel comfortable prior to leaving. I’m very impressed and would highly recommend.

Tim, I believe who came out for the first assessment was amazing and so easy to talk with and understood all our needs for listing our parent's house. Tim listened and provided a comprehensive to do list for the plumbing system. Todd, who came out yesterday, was equally amazing! Called many times to address all the issues and address new ones I was not aware and resolve all the new problems that I shared with him brought up by our realtors. Todd entered the property through a lock box. My brother showed up and asked Todd for the keys. Todd callled me with a very specific description of my brother and his car make and model to make sure he was actually giving the keys to the property to the right person. This level of conscientiousness and service is above and beyond! So grateful that we are working with Tri County Pump Service for our plumbing needs and that you all are helping us to put our folks house on the market in the best shape.

I cannot say enough about how pleased and impressed I am by the two young men who showed up to rescue me from a bad well pump! Zach and Blake knew just what to do and where to look.. very methodical. In less than a couple of hours, I had wires replaced and a new pump.. and water in the house! And they cleaned up afterwards.. kudos!

#1 - Over the years, any time I have needed to call them for service, Tri-county has always promptly responded to our water related issues. Called them last week when we had no running water. In an attempt to save us a service call, they instructed us to reset the power to the well pump. The reset didn't fix the problem, but their willingness to possibly save us the cost of a visit didn't go unnoticed. Thanks for trying. Within a few hours, a 2 man team showed up to assess and diagnose the problem. They identified the issue, answered all my questions (I had a lot of questions) and explained the options i had to fix it. Paying for a new well pump, 300 ft of wire and miscellaneous fittings was not the outcome I was hoping for. That said, I had options, and they were cleanly explained. Thanks again for taking care of our family.

Tri-County fixed a long term water pressure issue. I was never happy with my water pressure throughout the house and had it looked at by other companies. Nobody had been able to figure it out until Tri-County. After multiple years of living in my house I am finally happy with my water pressure! I am super thankful to Todd, Bailey and the others who came out and figured out where the issue was and glad I found a local plumber for those times I need one.

The technicians were friendly upon arrival. They had everything needed ready to go. They began work immediately and everything was completed within the normal time.
