From a DIY engineer who doesn’t like to hire trade companies… Well pump swap/ foot valve swap service. Team is great, service is great, material choice / brands are great. Phone lady is great and sweet / the 2 service guys were competent, quick and opposite of sketchy. The three of them being great employees is why I’m writing this review… Came out on a Saturday because they missed me on Friday and felt bad (and probably had a busy Monday lol). No clue about price competitiveness, but price of a well pump (with install) wasn’t all that much more than just buying the pump direct. Foot valve work is probably pure profit for them, but also… you can’t do it without know how, lots of specialized tools / can yeet weighted tubes for 20 mins. Very worth it watching 2 people do in 30 mins which would take me 1 day + 50% chance of cracking something catastrophic to repair (pipes, unions). Gem of a company, nice to see. No clue about other services, but if it’s anything like I saw, I’d trust.

Highly recommend!! Mike came out for our water system to review what we had installed (before we ever knew about Tri-County). He was very knowledgeable and helpful. It’s unfortunate that we didn’t know about them when we built our home. We won’t go anywhere else, ever again. Very pleased with their service and professionalism.

Always satisfied with the service from Tri-County. A few days ago, we had a complete overhaul of our well system: new well pump, sump pump, water treatment and filter, hot water heater, and all the pipes in between. It's only been a few days, but we have a lot of confidence that Tri-County will stand by their products and work. The guys were friendly and finished the work in one day.

Great team and reasonable price. My full well pump replacement was as painless as possible. When I was trying to figure out who to call to resolve my water issues, I initially called another well-known well company in the area. After about an hour without a callback, I called Tri-county. They came out same day to assess, and the very next morning to replace the pump. The other well company STILL hasn't called me back! I'm so glad they didn't call because the Tri-county team was great. Very knowledgeable and went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Called in an emergency water pump evaluation on a Friday afternoon after New Year's Day - and received excellent support. Had well pump and wiring along with pressure tank gauge and switch replaced in less than 24 hours from our first call. All staff was professional and courteous. Blake and Zach did the install on a cold Saturday morning within 2 hours for 350 foot deep well. They explained the costs up front well with the estimate from the day before and throughout the install. This is the second time I've called on Tri-County - the other was to replace a sump pump. Excellent service on both calls, and compared to our neighbors who've used different services, we are very pleased with the professionalism and value of the service. Highly recommend.

The guys who did the install of my water softner, were very professional, courteous and very well versed on how the system works. They answered all my questions with professionalism. Their work shows they take pride in what they do. Level, nice perpendicular joints, all done properly. In and out in under 4 hours. Great job Tyler, and Jake!! I would highly recommend Tri County!! From the moment I first called, to the end of our service they were punctual, informative, professional and did it all with great customer service. We recently purchased a home and with all the work we've been trying to get done Tri-county made the well and septic work a breeze. The young ladies in the office were always so kind when taking my calls, Bretta was great, explained the scope of work needed and went out of her way to help us get an estimate and work done very quickly. We had Jim and his son out to do the work and they were excellent! Kept me informed of the condition of everything and answered any and all questions I had along the way. Jim informed me they do more than just well and septic so we will certainly be calling them again for our future needs!!

We weren’t sure if the water treatment equipment in our new house had ever been serviced. Tri-County pumps quoted us a worst case scenario but found that we only needed the yearly service once they got here. I was very impressed that they only did the service we needed instead of the more expensive one that we’d already authorized.

The company is very professional and the technician was able to service the entire water treatment system and our RO water system. Tri-County Plumbing has been my go-to for several recent projects: Aaron and Sean expertly installed my water softener, Blake and Kenny replaced my well cap just a few days ago, and yesterday they swapped out my old pressure tank.
