We had our water pressure tank replaced by Raymond and Austin from Tri County Pumps. What GREAT GUYS ! They were here, checked out the issue, left to pick up the new water pressure tank, and had it properly installed in a very short time ! We had been exploring water treatment options and called TriCounty Pumps for their analysis and suggestions. Mike Dodd came out and discussed options. He was prompt, professional, and extremely thorough explaining different systems. Todd and Jason installed our new carbon filter system for the house and they too were prompt , professional and courteous. When your well pump unexpectedly goes out - and it is always unexpected - these are the guys to call. After you call their answering service, a human will call you back, and they will send a truck first thing in the morning. It will be a special truck with everything they need to diagnose, fix, or replace a well pump, and with plumbers who are well experts. You will have clean water running at full pressure within a few hours.

I am so thankful for Tri-County Pumps. They helped me troubleshoot a water pressure tank issue and found leaks in the process. My initial call was for not having water and they were able to put me on the schedule for the very next day. They had to come out a couple of times to hold my hand through a strange conglomeration of events and they were able to come out the same day whenever I called. Extra kudos for coming out in the crazy amounts of snow and ice we had just had! To top it off, I had just had surgery on one of my legs and they worked with me when it came to service, coordinating times, and follow up. They are very honest when it comes to potential problems, costs, and maintenance needed soon to keep everything up and running smoothly. The work they did was superb. All are very professional, personable, and helpful. They have a devoted customer!

It's a pleasure to do business with Tri-County as they are friendly and professional. After discovering water leaking from our hot water heater, one call to Bretta got us an appointment for a new tank the next morning. That next day another call from Bretta confirmed the size of our tank (thank goodness she called to double check because we needed an 80-gallon tank but thought we only had a 50-gallon). Shortly thereafter Raymond and another tech arrived and cleverly coaxed the rather large and slightly different configuration of tank than the broken one through an access panel and into place. They cleaned up and we the tank was already heating up the water. Thank goodness for their well coordinated care.

Guys were great, same day response. Quickly diagnosed the issue with our well, replaced pressure tank which resolved the issue. Did a comply inspection of our system to ensure all was operating as it should. Would definitely use Tri County again

The 2 gentlemen came. I showed them the problem. My well.pipe broke at the well pipe. Being that my pump was 48 years old i requested that they replace my pump and wire. They dud this and checked everything out in basement. They did this very fast, about 1 1/2 hrs. Water back on just waiting for it to compleyely clear up.Thanks guys. PS to the one guy, best for you and fast recovery..

We have been using Tri-County for a couple of years now. They installed new water pumps/ tanks, hot water heater, water softener and a few other items. Excellent customer service! Getting ready to leave for a family reunion trip. Well pump and pressure tank failure. Blake and Kenney were dispatched, they arrived, diagnosed the problem and fixed in record time. Everything is working great now. This really was an emergency and TRI-County Pumps saved us from having to postpone an expensive trip that was planned for, a year ahead!! I recommend TRI-County 100%!

Tri-County pumps has been our go to well and surface pump Service company over many years of living in Washington county, MD. A few years ago They installed a complete home water filtration system for us. Most recently we awoke to no water due to a bad (23-year old!!) well electrical controller. Tri-County got a team out there on the same day to fix the problem. I highly recommend Tri-County pumps!

Due to hard water issues, Needed a new faucet, disposal and dishwasher as well as a water softener. Project estimator offered to come to my house at 6 am meaning I could still get to work on time. I was able to get the work scheduled quickly. Plumber and helpers were quick, knowledgeable and friendly. No one wants to need work at their house, but I am super pleased with how everything turned out. I would definitely recommend Tri County and would use them again
