When you call for an appointment ask for Kevin Dcruz. He is so patient, understanding and puts customer service at the top of his priority when speaking with you. I had a wonderful experience with Cassandra today, who intervened and took a message for my doctor. She was quick, understanding, and understood exactly what I was requesting. She was a real joy. They have some very good people working at this facility; they could use more of them and provide greater transparency with respect to ownership and other elements of the professional structure of the operation. Individuals higher in the company are difficult to reach and the billing is not explained clearly. Also, requiring individuals to sign forms involving potential billing amounts ahead of time, which later prove to be inaccurate, is clearly only to protect the company and not the consumer.
