Good afternoon I would just like to say that Miss Cassandra the young lady that help me out with my appointment was very courteous, and she was directly to the point and doing as I asked as far as canceling my appointment, and the reason for my cancellation is because my job is sending me out of town. But she came back back and asked if there was another day that I would like to reschedule and I informed her I could not at this time cuz I need to find out when I'll be back in town. She was very courteous and very smiling.
