Rufus Ryan Fraser was the gentleman who helped me today and he was amazing. I have been going to Comprehensive Sleep Care Center for over five years and they are true pros. They not only helped diagnose my sleep issues, they had a variety of ways to treat my conditions. They are incredibly responsive and that is very helpful -- like Rufus today who called me right back after I left a message and got me a same day appointment. Now, he can do that all of the time -- he's not a magician -- but he looked everywhere he could to find me a cancellation so I could be seen before I ran out of my medication. A true champ!

When you call for an appointment ask for Kevin Dcruz. He is so patient, understanding and puts customer service at the top of his priority when speaking with you. I was a bit frustrated with a protocol and after him patiently talking me out of it without guilt or frustration he was very helpful in getting me the appointments I need and explaining why I need them. Our experience at CSCC was positive. We did a sleep study there last year which revealed sleep apnea. We also have a follow up planned to make sure the sleep apnea is resolved . Varsha S was our coordinator and she is helping us with this.
