When you call for an appointment ask for Kevin Dcruz. He is so patient, understanding and puts customer service at the top of his priority when speaking with you. I was a bit frustrated with a protocol and after him patiently talking me out of it without guilt or frustration he was very helpful in getting me the appointments I need and explaining why I need them. I also appreciate my experience with Katherine Soto - she’s been great at making sure that the proper procedures are complete to get me the device I need- I am very grateful to have her as my NP.

Our experience at CSCC was positive. We did a sleep study there last year which revealed sleep apnea. We also have a follow up planned to make sure the sleep apnea is resolved . Varsha S was our coordinator and she is helping us with this.

I had a wonderful experience with Cassandra today, who intervened and took a message for my doctor. She was quick, understanding, and understood exactly what I was requesting. She was a real joy. They have some very good people working at this facility; they could use more of them and provide greater transparency with respect to ownership and other elements of the professional structure of the operation. Individuals higher in the company are difficult to reach and the billing is not explained clearly. Also, requiring individuals to sign forms involving potential billing amounts ahead of time, which later prove to be inaccurate, is clearly only to protect the company and not the consumer.

CPAP isn't fun, but effective therapy can make a big difference in alertness and health. Before finding Comprehensive I'd been referred to four other providers around the DMV area. CSCC was best. With them for 6 years now.

He answered every question clearly and with patience, and he made the whole cost estimate process easy to understand. It is rare to find someone who combines professionalism with genuine care, but he did exactly that. I felt supported from start to finish. Living in Woodbridge, this is one of a shrinking number of health care providers with a practice in town. The facility is clean and neat, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Vijay was particularly helpful walking me through the basis for my estimated bill.
