I had an issue trying to reconnect my travel CPAP machine to the app once the connection was lost. Suzie Hanson responded in a timely manner. Before doing so, she checked to be sure my machine was transmitting my info. I’ll need to see a tech to learn why I can’t reconnect, but it’s a relief to know my data’s not lost.
