The gym and the people (trainers are top tier) Winston and Mark are some of the trainers I work with that have been keeping me in check. Angel consistently is holding fitness classes that creates a vibe. Owner Jose is very cool and relaxed. Patrons of the gym are cool.

It has a lot of stuff in it. It is a bit busy, but you can still get a good workout. People are pretty friendly and helpful, though. It's in a good location. It's immaculate. The machines haven't looked broken either.

The gym is nice, however there’s not much space to do any warmups or mobility work/stretching because the machines take up all the area. Good equipment though, and if there was more spacing it would be perfect.

I've been going here for a couple of years now. It has all the equipment I need out expect a gym to have. I don't do classes there so I have no comment on that. Patrons of gym are nice and courteous for the most part. You always have those that are selfish and ignorant but that's a minority in this gym.
